Oberon RSL Sub-Branch & Museum
Honouring service, preserving history, and supporting our veterans.
RSL Sub-Branch & Museum
The Oberon RSL Sub-Branch plays an important role in supporting veterans, preserving local military history, and upholding the values of remembrance, service, and mateship within the Oberon community.
Through advocacy, remembrance, and community engagement, the Oberon RSL Sub-Branch continues to support veterans and honour the legacy of service within Oberon.

Located adjacent to the Oberon RSL Club, the Oberon RSL Museum showcases a significant collection of military memorabilia spanning from the Boer War through to modern service. Exhibits include uniforms, medals, weapons (authentic and replica), photographs, documents, and artefacts that reflect both Australia’s military history and the contributions of local service personnel.
The Sub-Branch is actively involved in commemorative services, including ANZAC Day and Remembrance Day, and works closely with the community to honour those who have served and sacrificed. Visitors are welcome to explore the Museum during scheduled opening hours or by prior arrangement, offering a meaningful opportunity to learn, reflect, and pay respect.
